“It carries real weight — and every head turns. No one guesses the price.”

Faunara — IV. The Bear · Guardian of the Forest
A hand-carved grizzly in gold and diamond, a full Ethiopian opal held in its jaws like a captured ember — drawn from The Forest, where the old guardians move unseen. Made by hand. Worn by few.

A grizzly's head, hand-carved and set scale by scale in diamond pavé, holds a full Ethiopian opal in its jaws — a living ember of colour, no two ever alike. The bail is carved and pavé-set to match.
It carries the weight of a piece many times its price, and the intimacy of something made, by hand, for you alone.
Sculptural carving, a full opal and hundreds of hand-set diamonds — couture-level work, released direct in a small numbered edition.

Nothing here is stamped out by the thousand. Each Bear is carved, opal-set and finished to order by a single artisan — diamond by diamond, claw by claw — which is exactly why the edition is small, and why yours does not exist until you claim it.
It is the difference between owning a product and owning a piece.

Worn quietly, in over 30 countries — and rarely taken off.
Real owners, real nights — the Bear, worn out where life actually happens.

“It carries real weight — and every head turns. No one guesses the price.”

“The opal looks different in every light. It's the only piece I wear now.”

“Started with the Eagle. The Bear is the one people ask me about.”

The Bear is released once, in one hundred numbered pieces. There is no restock, no second run — only the next creature in the Faunara series.
Insured worldwide shipping · 30-day returns · lifetime care
The Bear is released as one hundred individually numbered pieces. Each carries its own number and certificate. When all hundred are claimed, the edition closes permanently — it is never reproduced.
Each pendant is carved, opal-set and hand-finished by a single artisan once you reserve it. This keeps the edition genuinely limited and ensures the piece is made to a standard, not to a quota. Please allow 4–6 weeks.
It is a solid, natural Ethiopian opal — cradled in the jaws, not glued — and with everyday care it keeps its fire for generations. Each piece includes lifetime re-polishing, and we are always here to refresh it.
The Bear arrives on a solid gold curb chain, cradled in the hand-finished “Guardian of the Forest” keepsake box with its story card. Prefer a different length? Note it at checkout and we will accommodate.
